If your existing rented referrals is performing okay then extending them for 90 days before adding to their numbers buys you breathing space to monitor and recycle as necessary without having to pay for renewal too soon for too many referrals.
I quickly invested to achieve 230 referrals and have now got a glut of renewals approaching over the next two weeks when I am wanting to avoid investing any more into it all. I am managing to extend up to 8 or 9 a day and do some recycling each day by reinvesting main balance but may find I can't do them all in time to avoid investing more.
What I have learned is to definitely increase rented referrals then extend them asap so as to give breathing space. Also, keep in mind an average number you will need to extend each day to avoid a backlog close to the expiry date. By prioriticing this alongside recycling each day you can spread out their renewal dates for the future and reduce financial pressure if you are building your business without investment.
