2) Next you open the Paint. Please follow this (START-ALL PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-PAINT) See the paint programme below.
3) After opening Paint, click the Edit drop-down menu,
and select Paste.
4) In order to select the part of the image that you want:
4.1. First click on this button on the left corner on paint.
4.2. Next press the left mouse button and hold it while you are slowly moving the mouse to the right and down until you have the part you want.
4.3. Click on the right mouse button on the part of the picture you have selected. Click COPY.
4.4. Click on FILE and then NEW. There wil come a message board, click NO. A new paint page will be opened.
4.5. Click EDIT and select PASTE. or CTRL+ V. Finally you will see the part of the picture you have made a copy.
4.6. Select the ID number, your e-mail address of PAYPAL or ALERTPAY transaction with the same button and press DELETE to erase them. The button is the same as it is stated on 4.1.
4.7 Click FILE and then SAVE. Choose .jpg of .png format and click SAVE. Now the image is saved on your pc.
5) In order to UPLOAD the image (payment proof, etc.), please open www.imageshack.us
6) Click Browse, and then select Your Payment Proof image on your pc.
7) Click Start Upload.
8) After uploading your image, you can see the possible links for your uploaded image.
9) Choose the link as it is shown below.
10) Paste it in to the message text on your new topic.
